4. Custom Products
As every product is customized, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

- Providing accurate shipping details.
- Reviewing customization details before placing an order.
We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images uploaded by customers.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video for verification.
